Banana oat pancakes

2 blenders, spatula, bowl, frying pan

- 40 g rolled oat
- blender
Blend the oats until it is a powdered consistency
Step 2/5
- ½ banana
- ½ Egg
- blender
Blend banana and egg together
Step 3/5

Combine banana, egg and slowly add oats until a thick consistency. If the mixture is to runny then add more oats.
Step 4/5
- canola oil (for frying)
- 16 g mixed berries
- frying pan
Cook pancakes. Whilst cooking pancakes place frozen or fresh berries on top of the pancake. When there are air bubbles in the pancake it is time to flip.
Step 5/5
- ½ tsp honey (for serving)
- 10 g coconut yogurt
When all have been cooked serve-Spread coconut yogurt over the pancakes (like butter) and add a drizzle of honey on top of each pancake. Then serve and enjoy!
