bananas (ripe, for thickening)

hemp seeds
1 cup
applesauce
2 cup
sugar
2 cup
bittersweet chocolate chip

baking soda
2 tsp
salt

1 cup
coconut oil
  • Step 1/4

    • 1 cup applesauce
    • 2 cup sugar
    • 1 cup coconut oil

    Mix together coconut oil, applesauce and sugar until light and creamy.

  • Step 2/4

    • 6 cups bananas (ripe, for thickening)
    • 8 eggs

    Mash bananas and add to whipped eggs, then combine with applesauce mixture.

  • Step 3/4

    • cups flour
    • 2 cup hemp seeds
    • 2 cup bittersweet chocolate chip
    • 4 tsp baking soda
    • 2 tsp salt

    Add dry ingredients to create batter.

  • Step 4/4

    Preheat oven to 350° and put muffins in for 22 minutes.
