Ingredients

3 cups bananas (ripe, for thickening)
2¼ cups flour
1 cup hemp seeds
½ cup applesauce
1 cup sugar
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chip
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

½ cup coconut oil
  • Step 1/4

    • ½ cup applesauce
    • 1 cup sugar
    • ½ cup coconut oil

    Mix together coconut oil, applesauce and sugar until light and creamy.

  • Step 2/4

    • 3 cups bananas (ripe, for thickening)
    • eggs

    Mash bananas and add to whipped eggs, then combine with applesauce mixture.

    • 2¼ cups flour
    • 1 cup hemp seeds
    • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chip
    • 2 tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp salt

    Add dry ingredients to create batter.

  • Step 4/4

    Preheat oven to 350° and put muffins in for 22 minutes.
