- 1 cup applesauce
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 cup coconut oil
Mix together coconut oil, applesauce and sugar until light and creamy.
Step 2/4
- 6 cups bananas (ripe, for thickening)
- 8 eggs
Mash bananas and add to whipped eggs, then combine with applesauce mixture.
Step 3/4
- 4½ cups flour
- 2 cup hemp seeds
- 2 cup bittersweet chocolate chip
- 4 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp salt
Add dry ingredients to create batter.
Step 4/4
Preheat oven to 350° and put muffins in for 22 minutes.
