    Peel bananas and slice a few pieces for garnish. Mash the rest with a fork, then add vanilla extract, egg, milk, and brown butter and stir to combine. Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, anise, cloves to form a batter.
