Banana and berry Swedish pancake
Ingredients
Step 1/ 3
- 46⅔ g Self raising flour
- 20 g Ground oats
- ⅔ egg
- ⅔ tbsp Vanilla
- ⅔ tbsp Milk
Mix together the flours, egg and vanilla. And then add milk until the mixture is thin enough to cover the frying pan.
Step 2/ 3
- ⅔ banana
- 20 g Berry's
- ⅔ tbsp honey
Chop the banana, add it to the centre of the pancake with the berry’s. Then add some honey. Cook until the bottom starts to colour.
Step 3/ 3
Once the bottom starts to colour fold the pancake. Continue to cook until all the filling is soft. Add more honey and yogurt
