Baked salmon with vegetables

Preheat oven 200 degrees C
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 dash olive oil
Season salmon with salt and pepper and drizzle some olive oils over it. Plase salmon on foil on one side of the tray
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 zucchini (small)
- 1 red beet
- 1 green bell pepper
Slice beets and onion, cut courgette and peppers in a half
Place all veg on another side of the tray oron separate tray.
Bake fish and veg for 30 minutes
Drizzle balsamic vinegar and glaze over beets and add some more seasoning on other veg if you like
