    Preheat oven to 350F (176C)

    • tbsp butter (room temperature)
    • cup sugar
    • egg
    • hand mixer with beaters

    Cream butter and sugar. Add egg.

    • ¼ cups flour
    • tsp baking powder
    • tsp salt
    • tsp nutmeg
    • cup milk
    • sifter

    Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk.

    • miniature muffin tin

    Grease muffin tin and fill them halfway. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

    • tbsp butter (melted)
    • wire rack
    • microwave-safe bowl

    Melt butter and mix in the sugar and cinnamon. Roll the doughnuts in it while hot. Cool on rack.
