oven, hand mixer with beaters, sifter, miniature muffin tin, wire rack, microwave-safe bowl

    Preheat oven to 350F (176C)

    • ⅞ tbsp butter (room temperature)
    • ⅛ cup sugar
    • ⅛ egg
    • hand mixer with beaters

    Cream butter and sugar. Add egg.

    • ÂŒ cups flour
    • ⅜ tsp baking powder
    • ⅛ tsp salt
    • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
    • ⅛ cup milk
    • sifter

    Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk.

    Grease muffin tin and fill them halfway. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

    • ⅛ tbsp butter (melted)

    Melt butter and mix in the sugar and cinnamon. Roll the doughnuts in it while hot. Cool on rack.
