400 g
green asparagus (for frying)
300 g
chicken breasts
200 g
baby spinach
100 g
tomatoes
50 g
Parmesan cheese (for garnish)
50 ml
lemon juice

Step 1/3
Chop the green asparagus and sauté for a few minutes in virgin olive oil
Step 2/3
All the boiled chicken breast, chopped tomatoes and some sliced onion. Sprinkle with some chili flakes for some heat
Step 3/3
Plate on a dish and season with sea salt and a dash of freshly squeezed lemon. Decorate with Parmesan shavings. Bon Appetit!
