cocktail shaker, jigger, cocktail strainer

- 60 ml gin
- 60 ml elderflower liqueur
- 60 ml Aperol
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 2 tsp honey
- cocktail shaker
- jigger
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, fill with ice, and shake for 15 sec.
Step 2/2
- cocktail strainer
Strain into a glass using a bar strainer (or a small sieve) and garnish with a slice lemon zest.
