Firstly, mix the cream cheese and the sugar using a whisk, if too hard, add a bit of milk if needed. Secondly, to make the bottom, crush the biscuits, then add water. Next, into a small cake dish, press the biscuit mixture, then top with the cream cheese mixture and let cool in freezer for 10 minutes ONLY, then enjoy or keep in fridge if desired.
