Gordon Ramsay is vegan for just one product
You do not need to be afraid of long-time anti vegan Ramsay anymore
There is a new plant based bombshell in the butter aisle at the supermarket, and Gordon Ramsay is making an exception for it. Flora Food Group has been making their name known in the plant based products industry since they started in 2018, and it seems they now have a big chef amazed by their plant based butter. Long time Veganism hater Ramsay is taken by a plant storm for this product, he seems to be enjoying it too!
Why plant based butter?
“Skip the cow” is Flora Group’s slogan to tell the consumers they do not necessarily need an animal based production line for good “butter.” Their selling points are not even covered in marketing schemes; the product actually does promise to fulfill on being sustainable, affordable, and nutritious. They expand on their offer for their star plant based butter: 75% less strain on the climate, better creamy and rich texture on your food.
Did Gordon Ramsay actually become a vegan product ambassador?
Absolutely! You can see in the advertisements and the product shots of the Flora plant based butter, he is seen cooking with his new best friend, the good old cow. Apparently he also put the product through a good amount of testing from everyday recipes, to more sophisticated ones. The answer was the same for each test: It works wonderfully! Not only does the plant based alternative make a rich addition to your recipes, it also serves as an upgrade to your everyday cooking.
Fresh collaboration, but is it meant to be a lasting one?
The partnership between Ramsay and Flora has only gone public in the last few days, super fresh! Is this an exciting collaboration? The answer is yes for sustainable and vegan cooking. Having such a big culinary name in a campaign is already a great boost. However in vegan living, such collaborations are rare. Hence, this campaign definitely changes the game for plant based products. It’s safe to assume that bigger and more impactful campaigns for plant based living are on the horizon.
