- 20 g scallions
- 150 g spaghetti pasta

- 5 g salt
- 40 g Pecorino cheese
Prepare in the bowl eggs, pecorino cheese, pepper and salt and mix it using fork.

heat, frying pan after 2-3 minutes add onions for about 3-4 minutes
- 35 g jarred sun-dried tomatoes
- 10 g pickled jalapeños
Add chopped dried jalapeno and tomatoes to the pan and fry 1-2 minutes
Add pasta to the pan fry 1-2 minutes
Take of the pan from the cooker and mix it very well adding all from the bowl stirring all the time. (don't let the egg make up) transfer to two plates.
