Take any heavy bottom pan and pour 2 tbsp coconut oil and heat it over a medium- high flame.
Add the popcorn kernels once the oil is hot enough for them to pop
As the kernels pop, close the lid and shake the pan to coat them in the oil. Cook them for 3 minutes, over a medium-low flame.
Once all the kernels are popped, transfer them to a serving bowl. Pour half a tbsp of clarified butter and shake the bowl. Then, pour the rest of the clarified butter and stifle it gently. Finally, add 1 tsp of salt and shake them again.
