Heat a round bottom pan
Add oil. Then add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
Then and chopped tomatoes, garlic, coconut and coriander powder.
Then cool down the mixture and grind it in a fine paste, and water if necessary.
Then take the same pan and heat oil, and add red chilli powder and curry leaves.
Add then add the grounde paste to it.
Then add chicken and 2 cups of water and cook till soft.
ENJOY! You can eat it with steamed rice or flat bread.
