1 step : we need to mix flour and egg yolks
after we mix flour and egg yolks we need to add soft butter a pinch of salt ,100 g sour cream and 100 ml of warm water and mix either with hand or mixer with dough hook
after all steps making of dough will be completed we will get this kind of dough ball and rest it in fridge for 30 minutes

add olive oil , minced Tarragon, scallion and salt together and saute for 5 min
divide dough in two parts and roll it . put one rolled part on baking sheet put sauted tarragon and scalion on it and cover with another rolled part preaheat oven on 180 degrees of C /356 F and bake for 25 min
