add 20ml lemon juice, 20ml water and yogurt to flour mixture and mix well for 2mins.
add baking soda to mixture and mix well
greece tray 1st and put mixture on steaming tray. steam for 15mins.
Cut pieces and place out pieces from tray to plate.
heat oil add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and green chillies with pinch of salt and remaining quantity of water and lemon juice.
Add juicy mixture on steamed slices , serve hot with tamarind sauce or tomato sauce.
