black peppercorns

sweet paprika powder

fresh rosemary

Parmesan cheese

peeler, 2 knives, 2 cutting boards, baking sheet, parchment paper, pastry brush

  • Step 1/4

    • 1 sweet potatoes
    • peeler
    • knife
    • cutting board

    wash the sweet potatoes. peel them with a potato peeler and cut them into slices. try to make them as thin as possible.

    place the potato slices on a baking sheet. make sure to spread them evenly so they all get the same amount of seasoning in the next step.

    • tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp black peppercorns
    • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
    • 1 tsp fresh rosemary
    • 50 g Parmesan cheese
    • pastry brush
    • knife
    • cutting board

    chop the rosemary finely. add it to the potatoes with the rest of the seasonings (oil, salt, pepper and sweet paprika). then add the parmesan on top. a kitchen brush can be used to make sure to spread all the seasoning evenly.

  • Step 4/4

    bake the potatoes in the preheated oven at 250 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes. after taking them out of the oven, let rest for at least 10 minutes to get some extra crisp.
