sweet potatoes100 g
cane sugar
100 g
butter2
eggs½ tbsp
flour1½ tsp
spiced rum

Step 1/3
- 500 g sweet potatoes
- saucepan
Peel the potatoes and boil them in water for 45 min. When soft, put them in à large bowl and crush them
Step 2/3
- 100 g cane sugar
- 100 g butter
- 2 eggs
- ½ tbsp flour
- 1½ tsp spiced rum
In the bowl, add sugar, melted butter, eggs and rum. Then mix vigorously
Step 3/3
- cake board
Put the puree in a buttered cake dish then bake for 45 min at Th°6 (180°C)
