100 g
cane sugar
100 g
butter

½ tbsp
flour
1½ tsp
spiced rum

  • Step 1/3

    • 500 g sweet potatoes
    • saucepan

    Peel the potatoes and boil them in water for 45 min. When soft, put them in à large bowl and crush them

  • Step 2/3

    • 100 g cane sugar
    • 100 g butter
    • 2 eggs
    • ½ tbsp flour
    • 1½ tsp spiced rum

    In the bowl, add sugar, melted butter, eggs and rum. Then mix vigorously

  • Step 3/3

    • cake board

    Put the puree in a buttered cake dish then bake for 45 min at Th°6 (180°C)

  • Enjoy your meal!
