sweet potato

full-fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp
chocolate nibs
¼ tsp
Cinnamon

chopped pecans

waffle iron
Step 1/4
- ½ sweet potato
Boil sweet potato until it's soft.
Step 2/4
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp chocolate nibs
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon
Once the sweet potato is cooked, blend with half a banana, chocolate nibs and eggs.
Step 3/4
- waffle iron
Start putting your mixture into the waffle maker.
Step 4/4
- 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yogurt
- 5 chopped pecans
When all the mixture has been used, place on top of one another and serve with pecans and the remaining half banana.
