4 oz angel hair pasta
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp dried parsley
¼ cup Rosè wine
tomato (diced)
½ oz grated Parmesan cheese
Chopped fresh parsley
grated Parmesan cheese (for garnish)
salt (to taste)

    • 4 oz angel hair pasta
    • pot

    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, cook the pasta according to package directions

    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 2 tbsp dried parsley

    Heat butter in a pan while you mince the garlic, once butter is hot add garlic and dried parsley

    • ¼ cup Rosè wine
    • ½ oz grated Parmesan cheese

    Once aromatic, deglaze the garlic butter pan with the wine and add Parmesan

    • tomato (diced)

    Now add the cooked noodles and tomatoes to the sauce and stir until thick and creamy

    • Chopped fresh parsley
    • grated Parmesan cheese (for garnish)
    • salt (to taste)

    Plate and garnish with Parmesan, fresh parsley, and salt and pepper
