Step 1/3
- ⅔ onion
- ⅔ clove garlic
- 3⅓ tbsp olive oil
Fry sliced and diced onion and garlic on olive oil.
Step 2/3
- 333⅓ g spinach
- salt
Add the spinach, finely cut, and let it cook until most of the water is gone. Add salt at your own taste.
Step 3/3
- 33⅓ g pine nuts
- 33⅓ g raisins
Add the raising and the pine nuts and let it cook 10min more.
