Ingredients

Bacon strips
½ tsp Red chilli powder
⅓ tsp turmeric
⅔ tsp onion powder
⅓ tsp Ginger powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
⅓ tsp Peri peri powder
⅓ tsp salt
½ tsp Peri peri sauce
⅓ tsp chili sauce
¼ tsp parsley
⅓ tsp coriander powder
⅓ tsp garam masala
6 tbsp water
1 tbsp vodka (optional)

    • Bacon strips
    • ½ tsp Red chilli powder
    • ⅓ tsp turmeric
    • ⅔ tsp onion powder
    • ⅓ tsp Ginger powder
    • ¼ tsp garlic powder
    • ⅓ tsp Peri peri powder
    • ⅓ tsp salt
    • ½ tsp Peri peri sauce
    • ⅓ tsp chili sauce
    • ¼ tsp parsley
    • ⅓ tsp coriander powder
    • ⅓ tsp garam masala
    • 6 tbsp water
    • 1 tbsp vodka (optional)

    First drizzle some oil on a non stick pan and let the oil heat. Then put your bacon strips on the pan and let it cook for 5 mins. Then when the colour of the bacon goes a little brown then add the masala we made (with all the ingredients and mix it up with water) then it would be like some thin sauce.. then add this sauce to your bacon and cook for at least 7 mins on medium flame
