- 600 ml milk
Put some milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil.

- 40 g Whey Protein
Mix the remaining milk and whey protein into a smooth mass.

- 60 g soft wheat semolina
When the milk has boiled, turn the heat down and add the soft wheat semolina.

Add the whey shake to the saucepan and bring to the boil.
Step 5/ 6
Take off the heat, cover and let it soak for 5 minutes.

Garnish with cherries and cinnamon.
