lemon
⅓ avocado
40 g Parmesan cheese
¼ purple onion
cherry tomatoes
10 g cashew nuts
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt

    • ⅓ avocado
    • ¼ purple onion
    • cherry tomatoes

    chop the avocado and onions, cut the tomatoes in two and mix everything

  • Step 2/3

    • lemon
    • 40 g Parmesan cheese
    • 10 g cashew nuts

    grate the cheese, cashew and 1/3 of the lemon peel and add them

  • Step 3/3

    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • ½ tsp salt

    add the olive oil and salt then mix up
