1. Take the arugula and rinse under cold water to drain and get rid of excess dirt. Put the rocket in a large bowl and toss through with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, using two forks.
2. Take a chopping board and finely slice the pear so the peices are not to thick. Toss through the pear into the salad using 2 forks.
Take the chopping board and cut up the walnuts so that they are not to big. Use the remainder of 1 tablespoon of olive oil to lightly fry the walnuts in a shallow pan. Cool for 5 minutes on low heat. Take of heat when they are golden and brown.
Add the walnuts into the pear and rocket salad and toss through using 2 forks. Transfer into a pretty serving dish. Enjoy!! đ
