Chop cauliflower into small pieces, I accidentally have pink cauliflower, I found it in the farmer’s market. Usually I use white cauliflower for this recipe.
Cook the cauliflower in boiling water for 20 minutes, then drain it from the water.
Season the cauliflower with the oil bake it in preheated oven (200 siliceous) for 30 minutes. Better to use vegetables oil not olive oil in this recipe.
Chop the parsley, squeeze 1 lemon, and crush the garlic
After removing the cauliflower from the oven, let it rest for 10 minutes, than add the garlic, lemon juice, salt, cumin, pepper, paprika and parsley, mix well, and enjoy its delicious taste. Feel free reduce or add as much as you like from the spices to the dish .. it’s depends on how you like it.
