    • 150 g Brussels sprouts
    • 150 g bacon

    Clean and half the brussels sprouts set aside. Layout the strips of bacon and cut into rough squares

    Preheat your gas grill on medium heat or oven 400°F (200 Celsius). With a cast iron griddle or skillet on the cooking service.

    Fry the bacon in the skillet to the point where the fat is mainly rendered with the bacon is still soft and under done. Remove the bacon and temporary set aside. Pour off the bacon grease from griddle or skillet. Return the bacon to the skillet.

    Add the brussels sprouts to the pan. Pour half the beer, the rest can be reserved for sampling Stir occasionally unseating any stuck on bits. Your goal is brown the brussels sprouts and completely cook the bacon, the beer will steam the brussels sprouts evaporate and then leave behind a great flavor.

  • Step 5/5

    Remove and serve it directly from the grill or skillet.
