“The salad is simple, tasty and healthy, definitely worths a try! Many persons might don’t like the earth taste of the red beet, but the sauer flavor of the sauce from lemon juice and Balsamico could perfectly balance the earth taste. The combination of avocado and red beet might sound new, but surprisingly, it fits very well. A bit of olive and shallot also add an extra layer to the nosalad. All in all, it’s a super simple but healthy and tasty salad. Eat well during quarantine time everyone :) ”

Ingredients

red beet
½ avocado
½ shallot
sesame seed
½ lemon
olive
black pepper
balsamic vinegar
olive oil

    Cut the beetroot and avocado into slice

    • olive

    cut the shallot and olive into fine slices

    • ½ lemon
    • black pepper
    • balsamic vinegar
    • olive oil

    Now make your sauce, simply squeeze some lemon juice, mix it with a bit of Balsamico vinegar, olive oil and black pepper. I stir everything together in a deep bowl to mix them well. You could also add everything together in a can, close the can and then shake it.

    Place all the ingredients in a plate. You can place all the ingredients in your plate as you like, or check the plate of mine as an inspiration :) Red beet in the bottom, half of an avocado on top, place the shallot and olive slices around and on top of the avocado, then the final step sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of everything.
