Protein Packed Porridge

- 200 g rolled oats
- 400 ml almond milk

To make the porridge, bring the almond milk to a boil in a saucepan then add the oats and reduce to a simmer

- 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Add the cinnamon and stir until thickened to desired consistency.
Step 3/5
- 2 banana
- 50 g mixed nuts
- 10 seedless red grapes
Finely chop the mixed nuts, slice the banana, and halve the grapes. Set aside.
Step 4/5
- 30 g hemp seeds
Serve the porridge into a bowl, and top with the banana, grapes, mixed nuts and hemp seeds
