Ingredients

500 g Ricciutelle pasta
½ package arugula
50 g jarred artichoke hearts
50 g jarred pitted black olives
50 g cherry tomatoes
4 scoops pesto
30 g feta cheese
¼ red onion
  • Step 1/5

    Cook the pasta and rinse it in cold water

  • Step 2/5

    Rinse the arugula and tomatoes

  • Step 3/5

    • 50 g jarred artichoke hearts
    • 50 g jarred pitted black olives
    • 50 g cherry tomatoes
    • 30 g feta cheese
    • ¼ red onion

    Cut everything to your preferred size

  • Step 4/5

    Combine all the ingredients into a large bowl, mix and set in the refrigerator to cool and rest
