4 cloves
garlic
20 g
Spring onion
10 g
soy sauce
4 g

  • Step 1/ 2

    • 500 g sea bass fillets
    • 4 cloves garlic
    • 4 g salt
    • 2 g pepper

    Heat the pan with oil and garlic, put fillets skin down! Let it fry for 2 minutes until golden, then season the fish meat with pepper, salt.

  • Step 2/ 2

    • 20 g Spring onion
    • 10 g soy sauce
    • 2 lemon

    Then flip the fillets, cook for 4 mins on the other side. Lastly pour soy sauce and spring onions to finish the dish and place a wedge of lemon on the plate
