100 g
dark chocolate
2
eggs100 ml
cream
25 g
sugar
1 tbsp
Boiling water
Utensils
whisk, spatula or cooking spoon

- 100 g dark chocolate
Melt chocolate (over hot water or in the micro)
Step 2/9
- 2 eggs
Separate eggs, beat egg whites until stiff
Step 3/9
- 100 ml cream
Whip the cream until stiff
Step 4/9
Put stiff egg whites and cream in the fridge
Step 5/9
- 25 g sugar
- 1 tbsp Boiling water
- whisk
Beat sugar, egg yolks and boiling water until foamy
Step 6/9
Add melted chocolate
Step 7/9
Slowly stir in the egg whites from the fridge
Step 8/9
- spatula or cooking spoon
Fold in the whipped cream
Step 9/9
Cool for 4h or longer
