Ingredients
Step 1/2
- ½ kg carrot
- 5 walnuts
- ½ head garlic
Сarrots need to be washed, peeled and cut into thin slices. Crush walnuts into small pieces, and peel the head of garlic.
Step 2/2
- 1½ tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black papper
- red papper
- 1 tsp coriander
- 50 ml sunflower oil
- 2½ tbsp vinegar
Now you need to combine all ingredients. Add walnuts to the carrots and squeeze a cloves of garlic. Add sugar, salt, black papper, red papper on the tip of the knife, coriander, sunflower oil and vinegar. It’s recipe of my father, but you can change it if you want.
