You can sugar coat all types of edible flowers to decorate your bakes or desserts with. It is important to make sure that the flowers are unsprayed! Chamomile, sunflower, lavender, lilac, rose, geranium, and violet are just a few of our favorites to use. If you have a different flower in mind, please make sure to doublecheck if it is acutally edible.
