"You can sugar coat all types of edible flowers to decorate your bakes or desserts with. It is important to make sure that the flowers are unsprayed! Chamomile, sunflower, lavender, lilac, rose, geranium, and violet are just a few of our favorites to use. If you have a different flower in mind, please make sure to doublecheck if it is acutally edible."

oil for greasing

2 bowls (small), pastry brush

  • Dainty decorations

    Carefully remove the petals from the unsprayed rose. Dip each individual petal into the egg white and then coat it in sugar until fully covered. Place the petals on a surface lightly greased with oil or on parchment paper and let them dry for about 2 hours until they are firm and crystallized.
