Put flour in a bowl and form in to a well
Crack eggs and mix in 1 at a time then add salt
Knead dough for 7-10 minutes using flour to prevent sticking
Cover dough with plastic and rest for at least 30 minutes
Roll at dough very thin and cut into long strips or use a pasta maker if you have one
Boil pasta for 1-3 minutes until ready (fresh pasta cooks very quickly)
Serve immediately with whatever toppings or sauce you want
