Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted boiling water. Drain the water and set the pasta aside.
Finely dice the garlic cloves. Chop the onion, kale and cherry tomatoes.
Heat the olive oil and the butter in a pan. Slightly fry the onion and garlic until they become soft.
Add the kale, tomatoes and cashew nuts and cook for 7 minutes.
Add the pepper, salt and lemon juice.
Add the pasta and drizzle with olive oil. Mix well, close the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes. Bon Appétit!
