- ⅜ onion

mince basil and onion and dice tomato

heat up stove to medium heat and put 2tsp of oil on the pan

pour minced onion and basil in the pan with diced tomato

- 1⅝ tsp Himalayan salt
- ⅜ tsp pepper
- ¾ tsp meat seasoning
- small whisk
mix cracked eggs with salt and pepper
