Ingredients

carrot
150 g
broccoli
½ tbsp
olive oil
½ l
beef stock
50 ml
double cream
salt
pepper
  • Step 1/ 4

    • ¼ onion
    • ½ potato
    • ½ carrot
    • 150 g broccoli

    Peel and chop potato, carrot and onion, cut broccoli into smaller pieces.

  • Step 2/ 4

    • ½ tbsp olive oil
    • ½ l beef stock

    Roast the vegetables on olive oil for 2 minutes on medium heat then add the beef stock and let it cook till soft.

  • Step 3/ 4

    • 50 ml double cream

    Blend the soup with stick blender until it's creamy, then add cream and blend again.

  • Step 4/ 4

    • salt
    • pepper

    Add pepper and salt if needed.

  • Enjoy your meal!
