  • Step 2/6

    • 3 bell pepper, red green, yellow
    • 1 Onion

Cut the bell peppers in chunks and the onion in dices. Fry the vegetables on a medium heat for about 5-8 min.

  • Step 3/6

    • 75 ml Cream
    • 200 ml vegetable broth
    • 3 tbsp Tomato purée

Add the tomato purée and fry over a high heat for about 1-2 min. Then pour in the cream and broth and simmer for 2-3 min

  • Step 4/6

    • Seasonings like salt, pepper, paprika , Chili

Then season. Be careful with the salt. Because the bacon is already quite salty. If you like you can season with other seasonings you like. But I liked it simple in this dish because the bacon is a strong flavour

  • Step 5/6

Then stir the bacon back into the sauce. You can boil the pasta during you cook the sauce or you can prepare the sauce easy in the morning and boil the pasta whenever you are ready to eat.

  • Step 6/6

Don’t rinse the pasta when they are cooked. So the starch stays on them. It keeps the sauce on them. I hope you enjoy it and let me know when you give it a go ♥️
