Line tray with baking paper, preheat oven to 200° - 210° C and prepare puff pastry.
Mix the cottage cheese and the cheese. Season with pepper, a little salt and spices to taste. Beat the eggs and add them.
Spread everything on the puff pastry sheet and roll up from the long side. Cut the roll into slices approx. 3 cm thick, carefully place the slices on the prepared baking tray, if necessary press the snails into shape and bake in the oven for approx. 30 - 35 min.
