Start by creaming the butter with the sugars until it lighters in color
Add the eggs one at a time and add the vanilla then continue beating the mixture until it becomes creamy
Using a sieve, sift together the dry ingredients and fold them to the butter mixture
Finally, add your chocolate chips or chunks and fold them ( you can use nuts too)
Cover the dough and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes or overnight
Line your baking tray with parchment paper and scoop your cookies using an ice cream scoop
In a 180c preheated oven, bake your cookies for 7-10 minutes until it becomes golden on the sides
Allow the cookies to cool down for 5 minutes before serving them
