stir fry the garlic, ginger and oil
add chopped red onion and stir fry with garlic and ginger
add the chopped chicken breast until it gets Brown (or well Cook)
after 10 minutes add shrimp to cook with the chicken
bolied water and add rice noodles 8 minutes
when noodles are ready pouringwith cold water and refresh, add tamarind sauce (or Pad thai sauce)to the wok with the other ingredients
mix and stir fry the 2 eggs
add and mix to the wok soy sprouts, green onions, lemon and tamarind sauce (Pad thai sauce). check the salt.
serve and enjoy with chopped peanuts and lemon slice.
