Cauliflower Baked Dressing

- ⅛ lb bacon
- ¼ bulb onion
- 1½ stalks celery
- ¼ bell pepper

saute peppers, celery, onion, in butter(2tbs.) and chopped bacon pieces.

- ½ cups cauliflower rice
- ⅛ cup chicken bone broth
- ¼ tbsp dried Italian herb
- ⅛ tsp dried carrot
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ⅜ tsp sea salt
- ⅛ tsp black peppercorn

add seasonings, and broth and simmer.

- ½ tbsp coconut flour
- food processor
pulse veggies in food processor and then add coconut flour
Step 4/6
- 1¼ tbsp butter
- ⅛ cup chopped pecans
- ½ tbsp monk fruit and powdered erythritol
- pastry cutter
make pecan crumble crush pecans and then with pastry knife cut butter into the pecans add sprinkle of salt and the sweetner

press pulsed veggies into buttered baking dish and cover with pecan crumble
