- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- â tsp honey
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil

In bowl, whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, honey and salt and pepper (to taste) to dissolve honey, then whisk in oil.

- 1â radish, shaved into rounds

- â cup watercress
- â small oranges, rind removed and sliced into half-moons
