  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • ½ tsp spicy mustard
  • 100 mayonnaise
  • 125 sour cream
  • 125 ml buttermilk
  • cutting board

Peel and mince garlic. Add garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley or other mixed fresh herbs, spicy mustard, mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk to a small bowl.
