50 g
flour
33⅓ g
caster sugar
⅛ tsp
baking powder
⅛ tsp
ground nutmeg
⅛ tsp
ground cinnamon
⅛ g
ground ginger
⅓
eggs
16⅔ ml
oil
  • Step 1/8

    • ⅓ bananas

    boil butternut squash until soft

  • Step 2/8

    • ⅛ butternut squash

    chop and mash bananas

  • Step 3/8

    • 50 g flour
    • 33⅓ g caster sugar
    • ⅛ tsp baking powder
    • ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
    • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
    • ⅛ g ground ginger

    mix dry ingredients in large bowl

  • Step 4/8

    • ⅓ eggs
    • 16⅔ ml oil

    beat eggs and mix with oil

  • Step 5/8

    mix all ingredients including dry mixture, banana, squash, eggs and oil

  • Step 6/8

    pour into loaf tin lined with greaseproof paper

  • Step 7/8

    bake in oven for 1 hour at 180°c

  • Step 8/8

    leave to cool for half an hour
