Döner from parchment paper goes viral

The latest viral food moment is here: Döner in parchment paper at home! Many creators have taken a big interest in the trend, perhaps fighting the döner inflation costs, or perhaps enjoying a homemade streetfood delicacy. Most often, the homemade versions are the best for any foodie, because then they know exactly what goes in there. 

Kitchen Stories chef Marco also contributed to the trend with his own version in this social video, and he approves of the easy peasy döner rolly that anyone can make at home. 

Simple steps for a simple döner at home

Basically all one needs to do is make their favorite ground beef mix (can also follow Marco’s recipe), roll it out between two baking papers, bake in the oven, and roll out. Fill your favorite döner bread or lavash with fillings as you like and there you have it.
