Prawns with Tomatosauce

Step 1/6
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 red pointed pepper
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch black peppercorn
- ovenproof pan
Start of with the olive oil, onion, garlic and the peppercorn. Season with salt and pepper. Give it enough heat until the onion is translucent.
Step 2/6
- 1 pinch dried Italian herb
- ½ kg cherry tomato
Next up, put in the diced cherry tomatoes. Then add the dried italian herbs
Step 3/6
- ½ kg jumbo shrimp
Then add the shrimps. Put the lid on the pan (or bbq) and wait for a couple of minutes.
Step 4/6
Flip them over, wait for a couple of minutes
Step 5/6
Let it simmer until the shimps are completely cooked. You can tell, when they curl up
