Strawberry-banana smoothie with healthy coconut granola

- 100 g rolled oats
- 20 g sliced almonds
- 20 g unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tsp chia seed
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp honey

Preheat the oven to 165°C/325°F. Add rolled oats, sliced almonds, shredded coconut, chia seeds, coconut oil, salt, and honey to a bowl. Stir to combine and transfer to a baking sheet. Bake at to 165°C/325°F for approx. 10 min. or until golden brown. Remove and allow to cool completely.

- 2 bananas
- 400 g strawberries (frozen)
- 235 ml unsweetened almond milk
- vacuum blender (e.g. Bosch VitaMaxx)
Add the bananas, frozen strawberries, and unsweetened almond milk to the vacuum blender. Seal and blend until completely smooth (using your vacuum blender's auto function). Serve and top with some granola. Enjoy!
