Greatest guacamole ever

- 2 avocados (ripe)

Halve the avocados, remove the pits and scoop out the avocado flesh into a mixing bowl.
Step 2/4
- ½ onion
- 1 cloves garlic
- 5 g cilantro
- 1 tomatoes
- ½ jalapeño
- ½ lime

Peel the onion and garlic, then finely chop the onion, garlic, and cilantro. Cut the tomatoes into four slices, remove the seeds and dice them. Halve the jalapeños, removing the seeds if you don’t want your guacamole spicy, then finely dice them. Halve the lime.

Crush the avocados in the mixing bowl. Then, add the onion, garlic, coriander, tomatoes, jalapeños, and salt. Squeeze in the juice of one lime and mix everything together thoroughly.

Stir carefully until all the ingredients are well mixed into a uniform mixture. Taste the guacamole to adjust the seasoning with more salt or lime juice if needed.
