Lynn started her blog, Heavenlynn Healthy, after being diagnosed with high blood pressure a few years ago.
After visiting various specialists, she opted to change her diet instead of going on heavy medication.
Almost overnight, she eliminated processed foods and switched to a plant-based, gluten-free diet. And though that might sound limiting, her blog proves that it is anything but.
Her recipes capitalize on natural flavors and aromas to create interesting and wholesome riffs on beloved classics.
Alongside her Masters degree in business studies in Luneburg, Lynn is studying to become an integrative nutrition and health coach in order to further explore the connections between nutrition and health.
Above all, she wants people to find their own path to happiness through the food they eat—and if the recipes come from her blog, all the better.
Over the next several weeks, we will be sharing a handful of Lynn’s recipes, including red beet and apple punch (red wine optional!), irresistable speculaas cookies, and outrageously snackable granola. Stay tuned!
